Cheese makes a wonderful Holiday or Christmas gift
Consider sending a gift of cheese to a loved one during the holidays.
But due to the nature of cheese we can only ship it in the cold months between October and May.
We have a 2 pound block of cheese already vacuum sealed by the dairy that is perfect for shipping anywhere in the US. We can ship outside of the US, but there will be additional shipping fees involved.
We also ship out pre-cut pieces of cheese to make a nice box.
All orders will be shipped out on Mondays, we don’t want to have the cheese sit in a warm building over the weekend.
Shipping for Christmas will be sent out by Dec 10, to guarantee an early delivery.

Asiago is a raw cow’s milk cheese that has a firm, smooth texture with a sweet, nutty flavor. Melts well on anything
Auribella is a raw cow’s milk cheese that is aged for at least 6 months. During that time, the cheese develops a crumbly texture. It has a clean, fresh aroma and a cream-colored rind and paste. The flavor is robust and sharp.
Brie is a soft cow’s milk cheese named after Brie, the French Region from, which it originated. It is pale in color with a slight grayish tinge under the rind of white mould. We also have it is a goat milk version as well.
Comte is a cow’s milk cheese made in Jura’s mountains in Eastern France. It looks a bit like Gruyere and Emmenthal(without holes). It’s flavor is much stronger.
We have cheddars from Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and Wales. Excellent to eat on crackers or mix into your favorite macaroni and cheese recipe.

Cotswold – Double Gloucester Cheese With Onion & Chives. Is replacing Tickler with Red Onion.

Curds from Argyle Dairy, they are in a sealed bag from the dairy and the bags are nitrogen washed. Flavors include Plain, Basil Garlic, Dill & Chive, Sun dried Tomato and Italian Red Pepper.
Danish Blue Cheese is rich and creamy cheese made from cow’s milk with spidery blue-green webbing through out. it has a creamy and crumbly texture.
Dolomiten Koenig is a nutty full flavored cheese from the Pusteria Valley in the Dolomites. Semi firm paste with open eyes through out, this is Italy’s iteration of what we know as open-eye swiss. Tangy & piquant with a buttery finish. (temporarily unavailable) replacement Schellen Bell as of 10/17/21
Double Gloucester and Blue Stilton are layered together to produce a smooth nutty cheese with a creamy tang of blue cheese. Not only is it delicious, it’s contrasting layers make it a great addition to any cheese board
English Caramelized Onion is a creamy, buttery English Cheddar with Caramelized Onions. Good balance of flavor. It is one of the most popular cheeses we have.
Feta is a Greek brined curd white cheese made with sheep’s milk or a mixture of sheep and goat. It’s flavor is tangy and salty, ranging from mild to sharp.
Fondue that is pre-packaged, everything is in the box. Just heat up and eat.
Fontina is pasteurized cow’s milk, it develops an exceptionally mild, buttery flavor with a smooth almost silky texture. This versatile cheese makes delicious sandwiches and grilled cheese and melts easily for fondue and sauces.
Fontinella is delicately sweet and creamy smooth with with just a hint of sharpness. It melts beautifully in sauces and casseroles.
Fourmage, from Holland is an excellent cheese that mixes the milks of cows, goats, sheep and buffalo, it is a must try! It is a young gouda style cheese keeping the flavor mellow, the texture creamy and wonderful for melting.
Gorgonzola green-blue marbling of mold through out the cheese. Crumbly texture with a salty taste. We have it already crumbled.
Gouda- we have many styles of Gouda’s from regular Red Wax Gouda, Goat Milk Gouda, Dorothea(Goat Milk Gouda with potato). Honey Bee ( goat milk with honey). Smoked Gouda with cow’s milk and smoked goat milk. We also have a 5 year old aged Gouda.
Havarti is a Dutch cheese and it is similar to Monterey Jack. It has a lot of eyes through out the cheese and a soft almost springy texture. We also carry a Havarti with Dill for a very exciting flavor.
Horseradish Cheddar
Irish Cheddar with Whiskey, Pasteurized cow’s milk made from Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey. The taste of the cheese is smooth and rich without the taste of the whiskey overwhelming the milky flavor. Enjoy the cheese with fruit or a sandwich.
Jalapeno Pepper Jack is mild Monterey Jack with a kick of Jalapeno Peppers. Melt to make an awesome Nacho Dish.
Limburger cheese is a soft , surface ripened cheese. It is grassy, mild with notes of mushrooms. Limburger cheese is world renowned for being one of the most pungent cheeses in existence.
Manchego has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture. The cheese has a distinctive flavor well developed but not too strong, creamy with a slight piquancy and leaves an aftertaste that is characteristic of sheep’s milk.
Monterey Jack is a mild buttery cheese and melts really well.
Muenter is made from cow’s milk. It is smooth, pale yellow in color with an orange rind. the tastes vary from mild & bland like an American cheese to sharp like Jack cheese . Goes well with dishes where you do not want the cheese to overpower the other ingredients.
Parmesan cheese is hard dry cheese used in grated form especially on Italian dishes.
Peperoncino is Asiago cheese with red pepper flakes. It is hard crumbly cheese with spicy red peppers.
Provolone our provolone is different than any other cheese you can get. We age our Provolone for 4 years giving it a very pungent smell.
Raclette comes from the French word meaning “to scrape” and refers to both the type of cheese and the traditional Swiss dish it is served with. An aromatic cheese ranging in mild and flavor from milky to piquant depending on the wheel.
Stilton Blue Cheese has a strong, earthy, mushroomy flavor tones with a creamy, loose crumb texture.
White Stilton with fruits. White Stilton is a bland base cheese and whatever fruit is used gives the cheese it’s flavor. When available we can get Apricot, Blueberry, Cranberry, and Mango & Ginger.
Swiss cheese is another cheese that varies with what we can get. There is Emmenthaler, Gruyure , French Swiss and Switzerland Swiss.
Taleggio an intense aroma accompanied by an enveloping creaminess. It’s delicate and sweet taste acquires a slightly sour touch with maturation. Exceptional accompanied by mixed berries.
Wensleydale is a creamy-white in color has a supple, crumbly, moist and flaky texture. The flavor is mild clean and slightly sweet with hints of wild honey savor and fresh acidity. The Wensleydale we carry is blended with fruits such as apricot, blueberry, cranberry, mango & ginger or pear & apple.
